What you will do as the Procurement and Contracts Officer
  • Monitor and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data entry and tracking of procurement activity and contracts.
  • Provide proactive administrative and operational support daily by monitoring procurement activity in the procurement mailbox.
  • Maintain records, reports, databases and audit documents ensuring compliance with records management requirements, agency and procurement policies.
  • Work within tight timeframes, changing deadlines to deliver priorities and workload.

About You

In order to succeed in the role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience working with a Financial Management Information System.
  • High level of computer proficiency, including but not limited to the Microsoft Office Suite of programs.
  • Well-developed communication, organisational and time-management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with internal teams, business stakeholders and external entities to achieve service delivery outcomes.
