Overview

Content Producer role at Streem, partnered with Hatch, based in Sydney, NSW, Australia. This is an entry-level position within Streem's Curation team.

Note: This is a role with Streem, not Hatch.

Responsibilities
  • Curate and approve Daily Email Reports, including Coverage Summaries, Front Pages, Leading News Tables, and Stock Charts
  • Produce transcripts, quality-check TV/radio content, and process media items
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on daily operations, client deployments, and issue resolution
  • Maintain strong communication across Curation, Account Management, Sales, Product and Development teams
  • Provide early-morning client support via phone, email, or live chat
  • Monitor team workflows and ensure service standards are consistently met
  • Interpret client specifications and feedback to deliver tailored reports
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Media, Public Relations, or related field (preferred)
  • 2–3 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage competing deadlines with attention to detail
  • Critical thinker, comfortable working with data, trends, and insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A genuine interest in the Australian media landscape
  • Experience with media monitoring, analytics, or social listening tools (preferred)
  • Proficiency with Google Suite; experience in Excel, project management tools, CRM platforms, or Boolean search is a plus
