About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and friendly individual to assist the Community Manager in providing administration services to residents and guests. This part-time role is 20 hours per week and requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage reception and front of house ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for residents and guests.
  2. Take payments when necessary and maintain accurate records.
  3. Assist residents and guests with inquiries and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
  4. Register any issues related to cleaning, maintenance, office, common areas etc. and report to management.
  5. Conduct site tours for prospective residents as needed.
  6. Maintain databases using computer programs and MS Office.
  7. Answer incoming calls, action faxes and emails, and sort mail.
  8. Perform general receptionist duties including filing.
  9. Carry out routine walk around and perimeter checks to ensure all residents are adhering to site rules.
  10. Actively foster and support positive working relationships with team members.
  11. Show empathy and care towards customers' needs while maintaining professional conduct.
About You
  1. Previous experience in reception and administration is essential.
  2. Strong planning and organizational skills.
  3. Confident decision-making abilities with minimal supervision.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Proactive team player.
  6. Well-presented and proficient at dealing with people.
