Position overviewWe are looking for individuals who want to build a career with a market leading technology company. As a member of our team, you will report to the WA Business Development Manager as their second in charge, and work closely with the Installations & Professional Services teams.

We are searching for motivated individuals who can handle responsibilities both in a team environment and autonomously. Core responsibilities include;

Manage and execute POS hardware/software installations, including configuration and training.Assist with daily operationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers and industry bodiesDeliver pre-sales support, including product demos and marketing initiatives.Provide technical support, system troubleshooting, and liaise with third-party vendors as needed.Mentor team members on standards, ensuring professional development and solution consistency.

About youAbility to communicate effectively, particularly verbally, with a wide range of clientele.Be pro-active, a quick leaner and customer orientated.Strong organisational skills to prioritise tasks and determine the most critical issues.Ability to work effectively as a member of a team whilst at the same time possess the ability to make consistent, rational and independent decisions.The ability to work effectively under pressure and with minimum supervision.Advanced PC & Server configuration knowledge. Microsoft Network configuration

DesirablePrevious experience utilising computerised Back Office & POS systems within a retail environment, in particular the Grocery industry.A technical background in POS applications.Understanding of Independent Supermarket and Hospitality industry.EFT installation & fault diagnosisLAN network configuration & fault diagnosis
