The builder is a contractor who specializes in building affordable housing. They are growing their team in Adelaide and are looking for an experienced Supervisor. As the team grows, this builder anticipates progression opportunities arising for team members who prove themselves. They are a forward-thinking business in a strong financial position. They retain staff well and have an excellent reputation as an employer of choice.
This builder needs an experienced Supervisor. A carpentry background is essential as they use a stick-built approach to construction. Social housing or NDIS experience would be an advantage but is not required. Townhouse and unit experience is highly desirable. The role will involve managing sites around Adelaide. You will report to the General Manager who is interstate.
Requirements of the role:- 3+ years' experience as a supervisor (housing or commercial construction)
- Townhouse/unit construction experience
- Disciplined - to work with minimal supervision
- Team player, with good people skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Carpentry background
