Position Summary

We're looking for Senior Consultants or Managers, ideally with experience working with Government clients to help design services, deliver reform outcomes, build capabilities, and manage risks. You'll bring formal qualifications and a track record in one or more of the following disciplines:

• Program/Project Management
• Business Analysis
• Business case development
• Change Management
• Procurement and Commercial

Key Responsibilities

• Drive transformation initiatives across people, processes, and technology
• Translate business requirements into actionable project outcomes
• Contribute to business case development, procurement processes, and stakeholder engagement
• Manage projects or work packages
• Deliver milestones and produce high-quality deliverables
• Design innovative solutions and conduct research
• Manage junior staff and contribute to team development
• Write reports, tenders, and client communications
  

Essential Qualifications & Experience

• Australian Citizenship is essential
• Security clearance at Baseline or above (preferred)
• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
• 4+ years' experience in a similar role, ideally including Consulting experience in the government sector
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Experience with methodologies such as:
  • Prince2, Agile, Scrum, MSP, P3M3
  • Prosci, Change First
• Ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Positive attitude and proactive approach to continuous improvement
• Ability to build rapport and manage client relationships

• Diverse client base across government and private sectors
• Cross-sector collaboration and exposure to a range of industries
• Hands-on, client-focused consultancy culture
