About the Position:
Due to ongoing growth of the business, EDGE Consulting Engineers is looking for a Senior Civil Designer to join our team on the Gold Coast. You will be working closely with our Engineers and Designers to deliver large and complex residential, commercial and industrial projects. The successful candidate will be an integral member of the team who enjoys sharing their learnings with more junior members. Having a growth mindset will be highly valued as there will be opportunities to further develop one's portfolio with industry-defining projects.
Responsibilities:
- Consult across all phases of project delivery from schematic design to completion.
- Undertake detailed engineering design.
- Site Assessment and Planning.
- Plan and manage CAD documentation of design work.
- Work closely with technical staff and ensure project work is carried out within agreed deadlines and within budget.
- Work with minimal supervision to ensure important and relevant service/design decisions and the objectives of the company and the client are achieved.
- Coordinating your work with other members of the project team.
- Ensuring all relevant staff are informed of client matters.
