This permanent, full-time role offers a **Monday to Friday roster working a 9-day fortnight** and the chance to leverage your trades and leadership experience to drive outcomes for this high performing team.**What you'll be doing** As a Foreman at Hastings Deering, you will:* **Lead and support your crew** – provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to help team members perform at their best.* **Champion safety** – maintain and promote the highest safety standards across all work activities.* **Plan and coordinate work** – set clear targets, manage schedules, and organise parts, labour, and tooling to keep jobs running smoothly.* **Share your expertise** – assist with complex diagnostics and failure analysis to get repairs done right the first time.* **Drive improvement** – contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that boost efficiency, quality, and safety.* **Collaborate across teams** – work with other Foremen and service teams to ensure all customer needs are met on time.Hastings Deering is proud to be one of the top 5 Caterpillar dealerships globally.
