Store Manager Full Time - Moonee Ponds at Zeus Street Greek (ZSG). Zeus Street Greek is a fast, casual Greek food business serving traditional family recipes with a modern twist. ZSG values quality produce that is responsibly sourced and prepared with a fresh attitude. Our people bring their energy to welcome everyone to enjoy our delicious Greek food. ZSG provides full training and support to achieve 'The Zeus Way' in all aspects of daily work.

Responsibilities
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of store
  • Managing all expected key performance indicators i.e., financial & rostering
  • Supervising & coaching team members to deliver exceptional ZSG experience
  • Deliver ZSG food quality & safety standards
Skills & Experience
  • Highly motivated natural leader who doesn't hesitate to be hands on
  • A passion for food and executing restaurant operations
  • A positive 'can do' attitude
  • Ability to build an efficient team in a fast-paced environment
  • Experienced Restaurant Management: 2 years minimum (Preferred)
