We are looking for a retail professional to be a Store Manager, delivering an incredible customer experience and driving outstanding financial results

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Store Manager who loves sales, team development, and creating exceptional customer experiences. Candidates should have at least two years of management experience and be ready to advance their career.

Responsibilities
The Store Manager supports the Regional Manager and is responsible for the store's success, including:

  1. Maximizing sales growth through exceptional customer service
  2. Building customer loyalty
  3. Leading and motivating the team to meet targets and KPIs
  4. Providing coaching, mentoring, and training to staff
  5. Managing store KPIs such as sales targets, wages, and margins
  6. Implementing visual merchandising standards for store presentation
  7. Controlling inventory and managing loss prevention
  8. Ensuring store safety by adhering to health and safety policies
