We are seeking a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our Mobile Health Clinic in the Providence/Warwick, Rhode Island area.

Your Role:
  • You will be working Monday through Friday, 32-40 hours per week, seeing patients of all ages with a focus on providing exceptional patient care in our mobile clinic.
  • Collaborate with our team to provide primary care, health coaching, and education to help individuals manage chronic conditions and improve their overall quality of life.
  • Makes a meaningful impact in the community by providing continuity of care to our patients.
