Join Brightwater's 2025 Allied Health Graduate Program to develop clinical skills in aged care, disability, and brain injury rehabilitation.
Your RoleKey responsibilities include:
- Engaging with clients to support their independence
- Managing own caseload and delivering evidence-based assessments and interventions
- Developing knowledge translation across varied clinical areas
- Exploring clinical practice within aged care, disability, and acquired brain injury rehabilitation sectors
- Collaborating as part of a multidisciplinary team including Allied Health professionals, nurses, therapy assistants, and care workers
The company is looking for:
- Upcoming or recent Physiotherapy graduates (graduation between June 2024 – June 2025)
- Eligible for AHPRA registration upon graduation
- Studying Physiotherapy and able to work 4 or 5 days per week
- Committed team players seeking an authentic, caring, progressive, and collaborative team culture
- Holders of valid Australian working rights
- Attendance at a conference in the second year
- Option to work part time or start as a therapy assistant prior to AHPRA registration
- Five weeks leave per year
