Overview

Physiotherapist - Lifecare Homecare Graduate Program. Lifecare Homecare provides allied health services to clients in their homes. We are seeking a Graduate Physiotherapist to join our Homecare team. You will receive on-the-job support, including buddy days with other therapists and supervision by our clinical leaders, and with on-the-job feedback, you will have the freedom to manage your schedule without being bound to an office. Your varied caseload will include NDIS, workers compensation and veterans' affairs.

Responsibilities
  • Conducting assessments and providing interventions to patients and clients in their own home
  • Engaging with other Allied Health Professionals, GP's and other Health Care Professionals to provide effective patient care
  • Writing reports such as initial reports, progress and final reports and treatment management plans which meet the standards of funding bodies such as NDIS, DVA, Medicare and HCP Providers
  • Creating and maintaining effective relationships with Case Managers, GP's, community centres and other referrers

We Require You To Have
  • A degree in Physiotherapy
  • Full registration with AHPRA, upon graduating
  • Graduated in the last 12 months or graduating in early 2026
  • A pre-employment national criminal check, prior to employment
  • A valid Working with Children clearance (this is a NDIS requirement, this job does not involve a paediatric caseload)
  • A NDIS Workers Screening Clearance
  • Full Australian working rights
  • A full drivers' license, your own vehicle and comprehensive insurance
