ACT Certification isn't your average building certification company. Based in Canberra, we're the go-to crew for residential and small-scale commercial certification services across ACT and surrounding NSW region.

We're known for being practical, approachable, and obsessed with high standards. Our team works on great projects with top-tier builders and tradies, and we support each other like a true team should. You'll never feel like just a number here.

In this role, you'll run your own portfolio, get stuck into on-site inspections, and see projects from concept to completion. You'll also get mentoring and career development support to help you grow your qualifications and expand your licensing into ACT and/or NSW. No glass ceilings here.

We're a down-to-earth team who enjoy a laugh, share knowledge freely, and actually enjoy showing up to work. If you're someone who cares about doing things properly, values real conversations, and wants to work with people who get it — you'll fit right in.

Sure, qualifications help — but we're looking for someone who's genuinely passionate about construction, hungry to grow, and not afraid to ask questions or push themselves. We want someone who:

  • Thinks practically and speaks clearly
  • Loves helping others navigate the approval maze
  • Brings a positive vibe to every client interaction
  • Can handle feedback and juggle multiple projects without losing their cool

We'd love if you have:

  • A3 Level Building Surveyor registration (or ability to obtain it)
  • NCC knowledge + plan-reading skills
  • A valid driver's license and relevant induction cards
  • Experience is a bonus, but drive and curiosity matter more
