Overview

We have an opportunity for an experienced Enrolled Nurse to join our team at our Treendale Accommodation. This role provides clinical care, support, and supervision for residents in supported accommodation units with a neurological condition. You will monitor medication and care plans and support onsite Care Support Workers.

Role Type

Responsibilities
  • Provide nursing assessment, nursing care and advice to residents.
  • Supervise the Care Support Workers when required, and provide assistance to ensure delivery of care as per the individuals' care plan including fitting of aids and appliances.
  • Monitor prescribed medication administration.
  • Maintain all reporting procedures and inform the Manager of any change in the resident's status.
  • Carry out regular review and observations of residents as required.
Our 'must haves'
  • A genuine passion to make a difference coupled with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Current Australian "C" Class Drivers Licence with no restrictions.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • AHPRA registered
  • 1-2 years' experience in a similar role.
