Your role as an Enrolled Nurse for MSWA provides clinical care, support, and supervision for residents in supported accommodation units with a neurological condition. You will also monitor the medication and care plans of residents and support the onsite Care Support Workers.

A snapshot of your day as an Enrolled Nurse
Each Day Brings New Opportunities (why Not Greet It With a Smile, Right?) But There Will Be a Few Core Activities That You'll Become a Pro At Such As Providing And Supporting Delivery Of a High Standard Of Nursing And Personal Care To Residents Including, But Not Limited To

  • Providing nursing assessment, nursing care and advice to residents.
  • Supervise the Care Support Workers when required, and provide assistance to ensure delivery of care, as per the individuals care plan including:
  • Fitting of aids and appliances.
  • Monitoring of prescribed medication administration.
  • Maintaining all reporting procedures and inform the Manager of any change in the resident's status.
  • Carrying out regular review and observations of residents as required.

Our 'must haves'

  • A genuine passion to make a difference coupled with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Current Australian "C" Class Drivers Licence with no restrictions.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • AHPRA registered
  • 1-2 years' experience in a similar role.
