From getting your hands dirty in the day-to-day running of our workspaces, through to leading large-scale projects like office fit-outs and moves – this role will be fun, varied and has the scope to shape and make your own. As a Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the following: Leading end-to-end facilities projects, including office fit-outs, relocations, and upgrades—ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to scope, while maintaining minimal disruption to business operations Operational Leadership: Serving as a positive, dynamic leader that displays creative problem-solving skills, a positive attitude, and a team-oriented, proactive approach Service Delivery: Taking overall responsibility, in a hands-on capacity when necessary, for the delivery of services across front-of-house and back-of-house operations Procurement: Developing and maintaining positive supplier relationships to ensure timely supply of goods and services to meet business requirements REQUIREMENTS: 2–4 years' experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role 2+ years' experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines Strong organisational skills — able to balance day-to-day responsibilities while driving complex projects Previous experience leading a small team to successfully deliver business outcomes Solid communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including landlords, property managers, and third-party vendors Previous experience in a similar facilities role is advantageous but not critical — more important is your passion, motivation, and ability to be an integral part of our success WHAT MAKES THIS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY?
