Responsibilities
  • Setup, manage and monitor the regional Parts Distribution Centre
  • Provide on-line parts issue support for retail partners
  • Safeguard regional Parts availability
  • Training and process improvement
  • Identify wider product issues and implement contingency plans
  • Parts and accessory pricing – regular benchmarking against OEM and aftermarket offerings
  • Set and monitor logistics KPIs for the 3PL partner
What we are looking for
  • Significant Aftersales & Operational automotive experience (vehicle manufacturer or broader motor trade)
  • Recognisable technical qualification or equivalent experience in automotive parts supply chain management or retail parts operation
  • Automotive aftersales background with strong analytical skills and ability to work across a wide scope of expectations
  • Strategic ability to leverage relationships with vendors and partners to drive performance
  • Strong drive for continuous improvement with a Kaizen mindset
