We're building a future where every doctor has a digital co-pilot. To help us get there, we're looking for a Junior Account Manager to join our customer success team and ensure doctors have an exceptional experience from day one.

The Role

Location: Sydney ( Bondi Beach, to be precise)

Type: Full-time

We're looking for someone ambitious, hard-working and collaborative—someone excited to be part of a hyper-growth, mission-driven team.

As an SDR at Medow, you'll be the first point of contact for specialist practices across Australia and New Zealand.

You'll work closely with our high-performing SDR and AE teams to generate new opportunities and book meetings—your core KPI. Targets will be ambitious, and support will be strong.

This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who is highly organised, self-motivated, and eager to grow in a fast-paced startup environment. 4 days per week in the office is required.

  • Driving new business opportunities with specialist practices in Australia and New Zealand
  • High volume calls to practices
  • Experimentation for lead generation
  • Hubspot Hygiene
  • Working with the rest of the sales function (AEs and AMs)
