About Us

We Care Staffing is a leading Service Provider in in-home support and community care, partnering with many health care organizations in NSW, Victoria, and ACT.

We are seeking passionate support workers or AIN's with experience in mental health and challenging behaviors to support our 24/7 clients living in the Central West region, NSW.

Responsibilities:
  • Experience supporting people with mental health, intellectual impairment, challenging behaviors, ADHD, Autism, triggers, conflict resolution, de-escalation & positive support plans.
  • MUST be available for morning, evening, active awake & sleepover shifts.
  • 8+ hour shifts available.
  • Opportunity to grow within the company.

Casual Staff Requirements:

  • Must have great availability, including days, weekends, sleepovers & active awake shifts.
  • Experience working with people with disability and complex behaviors.
  • Passionate about helping people & making a difference.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative and can think outside the box.
  • Able to manage challenging situations effectively.
  • Reliable & organized.

About You:

  • A Certificate III or higher in Disability, Individual Support or Aged Care.
  • A minimum of 12 months experience within the Health, Care and/or Disability industry (required) (behaviors and mental health experience preferred).
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check, Police Check (MUST).
