- Due to a new store opening, we are on the look out for a Corporate Store Manager and an Assistant Store Manager to join the team in our brand new Maryborough store.
- Running the store as if it is your own business, you will:
- Delight your customers with service and store standards-
- Recruit, coach and develop your own store team-
- Contribute to a safe and positive store environment-
- Maintain store financial reporting, including stock take, payroll and maintenance-
- Drive store success with KPIs and targets- What we offer you- Above market annual salary + 10.5% Super + 6 Monthly bonus'-

- PAID full time training course (including Food Safety Certificate), both instore & online-

- Experience in hospitality/retail environment or similar, ideally in a fast-paced environment-
- Hands-on leadership and able to lead by example (willing to get your hands dirty)-

- Strong communication skills, and the ability to influence team members-
