What You'll Be Doing

  • Advising on all aspects of employment law, including employment contracts, policy reviews, and workplace change
  • Representing clients in Fair Work Commission and industrial tribunal matters
  • Partnering with clients across federal, state, and local government bodies as well as national employers
  • Working across front-end advisory and back-end litigation
  • Contributing to a team that values your voice and supports your growth

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years of post-admission experience in employment or industrial relations law
  • Confidence across both advisory and litigation work
  • Experience acting for government and/or private sector clients (or a genuine interest to develop in both)
  • A practical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to juggle priorities across multiple matters
  • Passion for workplace law and building a career with purpose
