Responsibilities
  • Ignite a love of learning in children and guide their development with purposeful teaching practices.
  • Build strong, meaningful relationships with families to ensure every child feels a sense of belonging and thrives.
  • Mentor and inspire educational practices in your room and collaborate with the centre leadership team to develop, review, and implement high-quality early learning programs.
  • Contribute to achieving outstanding outcomes for children through proactive collaboration and reflective practice.
About Goodstart Gympie

Our 70-place childcare centre offers spacious indoor and outdoor learning environments with a strong emphasis on natural elements. Located near the heart of town, the centre is well-staffed with Educators and provides ongoing support and professional development. You'll need
  • Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved).
  • Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and First Aid qualification.
