Responsibilities
  • Ignite a love of learning in children and guide their development with purposeful teaching practices.
  • Build strong, meaningful relationships with families to ensure every child feels a sense of belonging and thrives.
  • Mentor and inspire educational practices in your room and collaborate with the centre leadership team to develop, review, and implement high-quality early learning programs.
  • Contribute to achieving outstanding outcomes for children through proactive collaboration and reflective practice.
About Goodstart Gympie

Our 70-place childcare centre offers spacious indoor and outdoor learning environments with a strong emphasis on natural elements. Located near the heart of town, the centre is well-staffed with Educators and provides ongoing support and professional development. We celebrate diverse cultures and support inclusivity, strengthening the connection between home and the centre. Fresh, seasonal menus are prepared on-site, accommodating allergies and dietary needs.

You'll need
  • Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved).
  • Current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and First Aid qualification.
