Account Coordinator

KOJO seeks an Account Coordinator who's early in their career to join our team, based in Melbourne or Brisbane.

About the role.

The Account Coordinator is an opportunity for you to develop a strong foundational administrative, account management & commercial growth skillset to support the Partnerships and Growth team, whilst fast tracking your interpersonal EQ to manage KOJO partners.

With a curiosity to learn, desire to be challenged and passion to grow, you'll learn to quickly identify and understand our clients needs and objectives. You'll provide support in guiding the account direction and strategy for each client and project, including ensuring the right people, budget and workflows are set up from the outset from creative direction through to delivery and review. You'll get your hands dirty alongside the team, provide updates to key stakeholders and work collaboratively across the wider KOJO business to ensure client projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the high standard KOJO is renowned for.

The key elements of this role include:

• Administrative support – Support the day to day administration of the GM Partnerships & Growth, Head of Partnerships, and wider team
• Partnership Account Management – Assist the management of partner projects and deliverables across a partner lifecycle from pitching, contracting, budgeting, onboarding, internally briefing and handovers, reconciliation, project review, renewal, and account growth
• New Business – Support the HOFs and Account Managers through the new business process

About you.

You're a couple of years into your career, with a strong desire to lay solid foundations for and grow your career in account management and partnerships in an agency environment.

You're a team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills and are able to demonstrate your ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. You have strong organisational, admin and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. You're flexible in your approach to work, which enables you to adapt to changing priorities, work on multiple tasks side-by-side and deliver to deadlines. Above all you have a proven desire to be challenged, to learn and grow beyond this role.

If you have 1-2 years account management experience, and an undergrad degree (or equivalent), as well as experience with putting together professional presentations and/or budget management experience, we'd LOVE to hear from you.
