We're looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Microsoft Apps Facilitator to deliver engaging and practical training sessions across Microsoft 365 tools, with a strong focus on Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, and the wider Microsoft 365 suite. You'll empower individuals and teams to boost their productivity, collaboration, and digital confidence through hands-on facilitation and tailored support.

Deliver interactive training sessions and workshops (virtual or face-to-face) on Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft 365 apps.

Training content to suit a range of audiences, from beginners to advanced users.

Support staff with practical queries and troubleshoot common usage issues.

Stay updated with Microsoft app updates and new feature releases.

You'll be a confident communicator, skilled facilitator, and natural problem-solver. You love helping others learn and are passionate about the power of Microsoft tools in transforming workplace productivity.

Strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, and Microsoft 365 suite (including OneDrive, Planner, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Experience delivering software or systems training in corporate or educational settings.

Excellent facilitation and communication skills (online and in-person).

Ability to explain technical concepts in simple, clear terms.

Experience designing or adapting training resources and guides. (Preferred)

Microsoft Certified
