As a Technical Consultant/Developer in our Operations team, you'll be responsible for supporting and enhancing our client's software programs and applications. You will work as part of a team and sometimes independently. This is a hybrid role with an expectation of being on the client site at least 2 days a week.
Your responsibilities include:- Providing technical support for Dynamics 365 CE and Portals
- Writing and maintaining code
- Testing and analyzing systems
- Working in an agile sprint environment on a client site
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform, specifically Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and customer Portals
- Strong experience with customization, configuration, and development in D365 (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Expertise in creating custom workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards
- Knowledge of data and system integration using APIs, RESTful services, and other methods
- Experience working in agile sprints
