OverviewAbout the role
As an AI Business Process Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving end-to-end business transformation for strategic customers in construction, industrial, and energy sectors. You will manage complex, high-value relationships, lead large-scale sales engagements, and navigate senior stakeholder environments across business and IT. Your experience in selling AI, CRM, ERP, and Low Code platforms, along with your ability to coordinate internal teams and partners, will be crucial in delivering integrated solutions and achieving mutually beneficial outcomes in complex environments.
Qualifications- 6+ years experience selling SaaS solutions in line of business applications.
- 8+ years leading sales processes, including account planning, opportunity management, deal negotiation, and customer engagement.
- Experience in deal crafting and negotiating multi-year digital transformation contracts.
- Strong forecasting skills and pipeline management.
- Established relationships and a reputation for delivering results.
Responsibilities
- Drive business transformation solutions across multiple units within construction, industrial, and energy clients.
- Lead all sales stages, from planning to negotiation and execution.
- Engage with complex customer environments, guiding stakeholders through decision frameworks and evaluation plans tailored to sector challenges.
- Negotiate terms for digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with customer goals and industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene for strategic planning.
- Leverage relationships within target sectors to deliver measurable outcomes.
