The Training, Learning and Content Creator is a crucial support role within our Schoolbox TLC team, working closely with Professional Services, Marketing and the broader business to develop and manage digital training and learning content through an educational lens. This role requires a deep understanding of teaching and learning within the education sector to create content that provides guidance and learning on how to best use the Schoolbox platform in a school environment. The content you create is essential for our online learning offerings, sales material, and customer marketing efforts contributing to our goals of 100% customer retention. You will be required to create and deliver engaging and accessible digital learning experiences, as well as be responsible for the ongoing development and management of the Schoolbox Online Course content, ensuring it is up to date with the latest features and best practices.

• You have experience working as a teacher or in an education environment.
• You have a strong understanding of the best educational practices.
• You will have strong and effective communication and presentation skills.
• You will have the ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, a Graduate Diploma or Certification in Education or an equivalent combination of education and experience is essential.
• Bachelor's degree or training in instructional design is desirable.
• Experience in creating digital learning resources in a classroom or a similar business setting is desirable.
• This includes video content, screen recordings, webinars, release notes, and knowledge base articles, and editing software (e.g Adobe Creative Suite)
