Overview

Director | Health, Safety, Environment and Quality – Level 1/2 Building Surveyor/Certifier opportunities in Sydney and Brisbane. Base pay range: A$130,000.00/yr - A$180,000.00/yr. Locations: Sydney and Brisbane.

Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end building application assessments, inspections, and compliance reviews in line with regulations and standards.
  • Provide expert advice to clients, prepare quotations, attend project meetings, and maintain clear communication throughout.
  • Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities and leveraging specialised services in commercial and tenancy certification.
About you / Qualifications
  • Hold Level 1 (L1, BS) or Level 2 (L2, BSL) accreditation/licence and at least 3 years of assessments, inspections and certification work across commercial/industrial projects (Classes 2-9).
  • Demonstrate technical expertise in NCC, and NSW and/or QLD state legislation.
  • Strong communication and report writing skills, excellent organisation, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Valid QLD and/or NSW Drivers licence.
