Base pay range

A$100,000.00/yr - A$150,000.00/yr

What You'll Work On

Consultants within the firm lead projects including:

  • Cost efficiency & operational improvement
  • Workforce transformation
  • Technology and digital change
  • Enterprise and portfolio management uplift
  • Full-scale business transformation
Example Engagements
  • Defining and launching major programs
  • Standing up and running transformation management offices
  • Reviewing and recovering underperforming programs
What You'll Be Doing
  • Shape project and program scope, outcomes, and milestones
  • Establish governance, tracking, and reporting frameworks
  • Conduct delivery health checks and realignment reviews
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Lead change management and performance improvement initiatives
