  About You
  • Tertiary qualification in Rehabilitation Counselling or Psychology (Masters Degree - completed 5th year)
  • AHPRA or ASORC registration
  • Passionate about helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans
  • Pride yourself on strong stakeholder management & communication skills

  The Role
  
  In a nutshell, our Rehab Consultants facilitate the return to work process for injured workers, managing complex cases, conducting workplace visits & collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Conduct assessments & guide individuals who are grappling with a sudden change in their circumstances to reach their new career goals
  • Collaborate and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients
  • Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and design, implement and monitor programs that assist injured employees to return to the workforce
  • Visit workplaces to understand challenges injured and ill workers face whilst educating employers on the health benefits of a good working environment
