Overview

Are you a mum looking to return to work? A semi-retired or trainee nurse or midwife? Perhaps you're a Grandma looking for some meaningful work, or a stay-at-home mum wanting to add some paid work to your home duties. As a Housekeeper & Motherhood Support Worker, you'll provide practical support in family homes across Fremantle and beyond — on your terms, during school hours.

Responsibilities
  • General and deep home cleaning (bathrooms, kitchens, floors, surfaces)
  • Tidying, dishes, laundry and folding
  • Organising and decluttering
  • Helping reduce the mental load for busy mums and caregivers
What we're looking for
  • Has lived experience caring for a family or working in a support role
  • Is calm, friendly, confident and professional
  • Works independently with strong attention to detail
  • Can problem solve for others, create calm, organised spaces and takes initiative to improve systems in family homes
  • Is reliable, punctual, and good at time management
  • Is physically fit and able to do household work for several hours at a time
  • Is a permanent resident or citizen of Australia
  • Has a valid driver's licence and access to a car (must be willing to drive to jobs both north and south of the river — some fuel rebates available)
  • Can provide (or obtain) a Police Clearance and Working with Children Check
