Instant Products Group provides design, manufacture, hire and sale of a range of unique products including demountable offices, portable toilets and showers, and sea containers, to a wide range of markets. Instant Products Group is experiencing year on year growth in all businesses and now seeks new team members to join the Hire division as Account Relationship Managers.
The Account Relationship Manager is directly responsible for ensuring existing customers are looked after and new customers are attracted to buy our products. We have a large and growing base of clients and a new range of products to introduce to them. Your role will be to showcase our new and existing products to all clients, ensuring the high level of customer service they expect from us. Approximately half your time will be spent with existing clients and the other half on new business development. You will also respond to tenders, prepare proposals and quotes, and attend industry events.

This means having a high work ethic, honesty, accountability, motivation to be on the road daily, and enjoying meaningful face-to-face conversations. Your strengths should lie in relationship building and customer service; we can teach the rest.
