About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Full-Time, Permanent MC Fuel Tanker Driver to join the team based with our Townsville Depot.

Reporting to the Depot Manager, this role will include (but not limited to) the following duties;

  • Maintain Emerald Carrying Company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and safety are adhered to at all times
  • Manage fatigue and perform logbook duties
  • Carry out all duties within set time frames and follow instructions

Roster

  • 5 Days / 5 Nights / 5 Off
  • 4 Days / 4 Nights / 4 Off
  • Attractive Salary + Super + Weekly pay cycles
  • Work/Life Balance - work close to home with non-rostered weekend days within current roster
  • Immaculate Kenworth Fleet - dedicated onsite workshop and wash bay facilities
  • All uniforms and boot allowance provided
  • You don't need to have previous fuel experience, just the right attitude and willingness to learn

Skills and Experience

  • Hold a current MC Driver's license (Essential)
  • Hold a Dangerous Goods License (Essential) or be willing to obtain before commencing employment
  • Proven culture of safety, understanding hazard identification and risk assessment process
  • A proactive approach to tasks and the ability to interact with customer

All applicants must be entitled to work in Australia and be prepared to undergo a criminal history check, pre-employment medical and/or drug & alcohol testing as required.
