About the Role

We are currently seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Fuel Tanker Driver to join our Mackay team and will be responsible for completing retail fuel deliveries to service stations across Mackay and surrounding regional areas.

Reporting to the Depot Manager, this role will include (but not limited to) the following duties;

  • Consistently ensure adherence to Emerald Carrying Company compliance standards and safety regulations
  • Manage fatigue and perform logbook duties
  • Carry out all duties within set time frames and follow instructions

Roster

  • 5/5/5 Roster = 5 Days / 5 Nights / 5 Off

  • All uniforms and boot allowance provided
  • Training with trade industry professionals, including Fuel Haulage if you are new to the industry

Skills and Experience

  • Hold a current MC Driver's license (Essential)
  • Dangerous Goods License (Essential) or be willing to obtain before commencing employment
  • Proven culture of safety, understanding hazard identification and risk assessment process
  • A proactive approach to tasks and the ability to interact with customer
