Job Title: Practice Manager – Obstetrics & Gynaecology

Job Type: Full-time, IMMEDIATE START

Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience

Grace Women's is a busy two-doctor Obstetrics and Gynaecology practice committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care to women at every stage of life. Our team of experienced physicians and support staff delivers personalized services in a modern, supportive environment. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Practice Manager to lead and support the day-to-day operations of our busy medical clinic.

Position Overview:

The Practice Manager will be responsible for overseeing administrative, financial, and operational aspects of the practice. This role requires a proactive leader with excellent organizational skills, experience in healthcare management, and a deep understanding of OB/GYN practice workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring efficient and effective workflow

• Co-ordinate, organise theatre lists and liaise with theatre administrative staff.

• Supervise and support administrative and clinical staff

• Oversee scheduling, billing, coding, and patient communications

• Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve practice efficiency

• Handle budgeting, payroll, and financial reporting

• Coordinate with providers to ensure optimal patient care and staff performance

• Oversee the maintenance of medical records and privacy compliance (e.g., HIPAA)

• Manage vendor relationships and supplies procurement

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Practice Manager or in a similar healthcare administrative role (OB/GYN experience strongly preferred)

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field (Master's degree a plus)

• Strong understanding of medical office billing systems and EMR software

• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills and superior attention to detail

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Compassionate, approachable nature and able to manage patients in vulnerable emotional states.
