This roster is 5/2/4/3 and a 10 hour day.

About the Role

This isn't a seat-and-repeat gig. As our Day Services Operator, you'll be the kind of person who knows where things are, how they work, and what to do when they don't. Reporting to the Day Services Supervisor, you'll be part of a small, capable crew that keeps the heart of the plant pumping, from reagents to RO systems and tailings.

You'll be trusted to step in across multiple areas, cover for others when needed, and keep things running smoothly. It's a role for someone who likes variety, values structure, and doesn't mind getting their hands dirty.

• You'll work across multiple systems, not just one circuit or one corner of the plant

About You

You're not chasing titles, you're chasing a solid job with good people and a bit of variety. You've probably worked in a plant, on a farm, or in a workshop, and you know your way around pumps, valves, and systems. You're the kind of person who reads the room, follows the rules, and gets on with the job.

You might not have a stack of tickets, but you've got the mindset we're after: safety-first, team-focused, and ready to learn.

You'll thrive here if you:

• Have experience in plant operations, water treatment, or similar hands-on environments
• Can work independently and know when to ask for help
• Want a stable role that fits around your life, not the other way around
