We are seeking a driven retail leader to join our team at Rundle Mall as an Assistant Manager. At Glue, we pride ourselves on offering premium brands that celebrate individuality and style, and we are dedicated to providing the best in new fashion to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead by example and set management expectations
- Problem-solving and providing solutions
- Assist with staff roster management
- Train, mentor, and coach team members
- Manage store operations efficiently and effectively
- Implement proactive loss prevention strategies
- Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to realize creative visions
- At least 1 year of retail management experience
- Knowledge of driving sales and delivering exceptional customer service
- Natural leadership skills to inspire and motivate the team
- Passion for fashion and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks
- Loyalty to the Glue brand and culture
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
