Are you a driven and passionate retail leader? Glue is seeking a Assistant Manager to join and lead our amazing team located at our Rundle Mall Store

What We're Looking For:
- You must have at least 1 year of retail management experience
- Knowledge on driving sales & delivering exceptional customer service
- Natural-born leader who can inspire and motivate the team
- Passion for fashion & attention to detail
- Leadership, motivator, & aspirational attributes
- High level of written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities, tasks & overall expectations
- A love for the Glue brand & culture
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Responsibilities include:
- Lead by example & set management expectations across your team
- Problem solving & ability to provide solutions
- Assist with roster management
- Train, mentor, & coach team to work towards goals and succession planning
- Manage the team (Shop Floor & Back of House) to ensure that tasks are completed in an efficient and effective manner
- Proactive approach in loss prevention management
- Work with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure that all creative visions are applied within the store
