Our client is an award winning national law firm with an enviable reputation in the Brisbane market. This firm boasts an outstanding commercial litigation and insolvency practice led by highly respected partners.
OverviewAn exciting opportunity now exists for a talented commercial litigation and insolvency lawyer to join this highly successful, and collegiate team, as an Associate or Senior Associate depending on experience. This role offers high quality work for premium clients in a range of interesting industries. You can expect to enjoy working on the full gamut of high value commercial litigation and insolvency matters as a valued member of this team.
Responsibilities- Handle a spectrum of high value commercial litigation and insolvency matters with supervision by partners as appropriate.
- Engage in client interaction and exercise increasing autonomy as you progress.
- Contribute to firm-wide development and build your personal brand with clear development pathways.
- Minimum of 3 years' post admission experience in a reputable commercial litigation and insolvency practice.
- Experience suited to a mid–senior level role in commercial litigation and insolvency.
