Job Description
Provide supervision, support and ongoing training to ambassadors to ensure standards and procedures are observed to provide a consistent, high level of service for all guest contact. Demonstrate 'ownership' of the outlet through commitment to the following areas of responsibility:

  • Focus on exceeding guest expectations at every opportunity
  • Rostering for the outlet
  • Input into development of the outlet
  • Cost control / guest awareness
  • Work cohesively as a team member

Qualifications
YOUR SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

  • Minimum 1-2 year experience as Supervisor within a restaurant or hotel
  • Be highly organised and able to effectively manage priorities
  • Strong focus on guest and team relations. Initiate contact and establish rapport easily
  • Project a professional image at all times through personal presentation/interpersonal skills
  • Handle tasks carefully and correctly – be thorough and exact in details with a sense of urgency
  • Display high energy levels and demonstrate versatility in responding to guest requests and situations
  • Remain calm and effective in high volume work situations
  • Be good team player; contribute to and assist co-workers without being asked
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
  • Valid RSA
