Recruitment Consultant - Business Administration, Professional Support, Accounting and Finance and HR.

We're seeking a capable and experienced HR professional to work alongside a small, dynamic People & Culture team during a period of transformation and system implementation.

This role is ideal for someone who can step in and provide hands-on support with day-to-day HR and administrative functions, bringing organisation, initiative, and attention to detail to a purpose-driven environment.

  • Hybrid work model – Enjoy the flexibility of working from home some days while staying connected with a supportive team at a centrally located Wollongong office.
  • Approx. 20hrs/week – A casual role offering genuine flexibility to fit around your lifestyle, available through to the end of 2025 with potential for extension.
  • Key focus areas – Employment Hero implementation, HR documentation, compliance, and system coordination.

This role suits someone who can hit the ground running, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys flexible, autonomous work.

Experience with Employment Hero is essential.
