About the Role

We're looking for a Mid-Level React / React Native Developer to join our front-end team. You'll play a key role in building high-performing, responsive web and mobile applications. This is an opportunity to work on varied, real-world projects, mentor junior team members, and contribute to architectural decisions.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain robust, responsive UI components using React.js and React Native
  • Collaborate with designers and back-end developers to deliver exceptional client solutions
  • Review and optimise application architecture for performance and scalability
  • Troubleshoot and debug front-end issues across multiple platforms
  • Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of development workflows and standards
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on React.js (React Native experience highly desirable)
  • Strong experience with state management tools such as Redux or MobX
  • Familiarity with Next.js, Tailwind, and Material UI
  • Experience integrating APIs and working with RESTful services
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest and an understanding of TDD principles
  • Version control experience (Git)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
  • Bonus: Experience with performance optimisation and CI/CD pipelines
  • Competitive salary: $85K – $100K + super, reviewed at 6 months
