About the Role

We're looking for a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer with strong experience in React on the front end and Laravel on the back end. You'll play a key role in building responsive web apps and robust back-end systems for exciting real-world projects. This is a great opportunity to contribute across the full stack, mentor juniors, and be involved in technical decisions.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain responsive UI components using React.js
  • Build and maintain scalable back-end systems using Laravel
  • Integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs and back-end logic
  • Collaborate with designers and other developers to deliver seamless solutions
  • Review and optimize application architecture for performance and scalability
  • Troubleshoot and debug full-stack issues across multiple platforms
  • Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and documentation
  • Contribute to improving development workflows and standards
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in full stack development with a strong focus on React.js and Laravel
  • Strong experience with state management tools such as Redux or MobX
  • Familiarity with Next.js, Tailwind, and Material UI
  • Experience building RESTful APIs and integrating with third-party services
  • Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL or similar)
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest and PHP Unit
  • Version control experience (Git)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset
  • Bonus: Exposure to Docker, CI/CD, or AWS environments
  • Competitive salary: $85K – $100K + super, reviewed at 6 months
