Job DescriptionJoin the team at Oaks Mackay Rivermarque Hotel, where warm service meets a relaxed riverside setting. We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Attendants to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests.
About The RoleAs a Food & Beverage Attendant, you'll play a key role in creating memorable experiences, whether serving in the restaurant, bar, or supporting events. This is a hands-on role suited to energetic and outgoing individuals who enjoy working with people in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Responsibilities- Provide friendly, professional service across restaurant, bar, and functions
- Take food and beverage orders and deliver promptly to guests
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards in all service areas
- Ensure compliance with RSA and food safety standards
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service delivery
What We're Looking For
- Previous F&B or hospitality experience (preferred but not essential)
- Current RSA certification (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Availability for split shifts (breakfast & dinner) and some weekend work
- Be part of a supportive team within the global Minor Hotels group
