About The Role

Liebherr-Australia's Mining Division has an exciting career opportunity for an experienced Perth based Autonomous Haulage System Technician. Reporting to the Project Manager (AHS), you will provide safe, efficient and compliant diagnostic, repair, maintenance, component replacement, calibration and commissioning services to the Division's customer base. This is a permanent FIFO site based role from Perth on 8/6 roster.

Responsibilities
  • Provide installation, commissioning, diagnostic, maintenance and component replacement services
  • Perform breakdown maintenance, repairs and calibration of field devices associated with the Fleet Management (FMS), Traffic Management (TMS), Telecommunications, Vehicle to Vehicle (V2V), Vehicle Awareness (VAS), High Precision Machine Guidance and Onboard Perception and Robotics Systems
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications and manuals
  • Maintain, test, commission and repair electrical/electronic equipment
  • Diagnose faults, repair, maintain and overhaul electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic components
  • Run adjustments to mechanical and/or electrical/electronic equipment
Key Criteria
  • Certificate III Electrotechnology (HV)
  • Heavy mobile equipment experience
  • Experience with Autonomous Mining Systems
  • Liebherr mining equipment experience
  • High Risk Licenses; LF, DG, EWP
