General Services Manager (NON CLINICAL) – Aged Care | Relocate to Mildura

Redstone is seeking experienced general service managers for a key leadership role with a nationally recognized provider based in Mildura.

This role is ideal for individuals from hotel, commercial kitchen, or aged care backgrounds who thrive in a people-first environment and seek a fulfilling, impactful career.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee housekeeping, administration, hospitality, catering, admissions, sales, funding, and maintenance
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Manage housekeeping and laundry to maintain a clean, home-like environment
  • Monitor stock levels, manage suppliers, and control budgets
  • Foster a positive team culture and enhance the resident experience
Essential Criteria:
  • A genuine desire to make a meaningful impact in aged care
  • Previous experience in a similar role in aged care highly desirable
  • Strong business acumen with service-based operations experience
  • Practical leadership style with a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to guide and motivate diverse, multi-skilled teams
  • Experience managing budgets, staff, and resources to achieve results
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, across all organizational levels
