Emanate Technology has partnered with a growing Brisbane-based organization that is expanding its team to deliver multiple long-term projects. Joining an established team and working alongside Senior Software Engineers, this is an opportunity for someone interested in serious technical challenges.

The role is within a small, rapidly growing team, involving integrating new features into existing infrastructure and internal systems. Specifically, this role focuses on leading the development of modern web and mobile experiences, collaborating with various business stakeholders including Product Teams, Hardware Team, Operations, and Security. Building on existing iOS and Android applications, this role will be key in migrating from Swift/Kotlin to React Native.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, this position is part of several development streams within the organization. A culture of knowledge sharing and cross-pollination is encouraged, welcoming engineers interested in learning new languages, frameworks, and skills. Senior engineers with mentoring experience will also find opportunities to guide juniors.
