The ORS Psychology division is expanding and we are seeking our next clinician to join us You will join a national team of 250+ Psychologists & Counsellors providing clinical services to NDIS participants aged 0-65. You will work across early intervention, school age, adolescent and adult services with clients who have various presentations, diagnoses and disability types. You will play an integral part in their personal growth and development, working together to meet their goals.
Your day to day duties will involve working with allied health practitioners, support workers and family members to achieve the best possible outcomes for your clients. You will assess and observe participants' challenging behaviours and work towards increasing skills, improving emotion regulation and introducing replacement behaviours to reduce the use of restrictive practices.

To support employees with their supervised practice pathways to general registration as a Psychologist, ORS funds $7,500 in annual supervision costs to complete an internship program. Currently, we employ over 180 Provisional Psychologists and understand what it takes to support individuals effectively through to full registration.
Learning and DevelopmentAt ORS, we truly value the clinical and professional development of our staff. You will be able to connect with our dedicated Learning & Development Managers in the Positive Behaviour Support division, who possess many years of diverse clinical experience.
Requirements- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology and the ability to become registered as a Provisional Psychologist
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual Disability, and other complex diagnoses (desirable)
- A car and licence
- A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain one for a client-facing role
